RIFLE HUNTS

Our hunting area is located in a remote area of the Sapphire Mountain Range. Two Bear Outfitters is the only outfitter service permit for camps in our area. You will be pleased with the solitude and exceptional big game hunting opportunity. Hunting pressure from the outside hunters is virtually nonexistent and our Elk herds are resident to the area and do not migrate out. This area in Western Montana provides an excellent opportunity to harvest trophy quality bulls and has one of the highest elk populations in the state.  A short and easy horseback ride will have clients to our deluxe backcountry camp where we will provide the amenities needed to keep your senses sharp and mind focused on the hunt. Our backcountry camp cook knows just how to cook up some hearty meals that keep you coming back for more. All of our gear is in top condition to keep you comfortable while in camp. Its an experience you won’t soon forget.  

Our hunting area consists of large lodge–pole timber stands and is bordered by  meadows and open ridges with thousands of acres of burns for glassing and still hunting. The dozens of creek drainages in this area are plentiful and the game trails leading to wallows can help to find that unsuspecting bull.
